The faces designed for Moto 360 and LG G Watch R are just as good looking as one of a luxury watch, and you can find all of them in Google Play.
Without further ado, here is some information about how to install, custom, non-official faces for your Android Wear smartwatches.
Watch face installer app
You will need to have a watch face installer app already installed on your smartwatch in order to download any custom ones. WatchMaker and Facer are the most popular ones and their size is only 69p, but WatchMaker is easier to use.
Find the watch faces you like
Google Play is filled with faces for Moto 360 and LG G Watch R smarties. If you search close enough, you will find information about each watch, installer app and Android watch faces. You can even find the tool to create your very own watch face, just like the wearable community planned to do. They create then upload the on FaceRopo or Dropbox and Google Drive folders for people to download them.
Time to download watch faces
You found the faces you like, not it is time to download them , nothing more simple. All you have to do is get all your watch faces files in a folder the side-load with an USB cable if you are using a laptop or PC. Remember though, most faces might either be .face types or .zip, don’t try to unzip them. You don’t have to do that and they will probably not work if you do. So, keep that in mind.
Time to import the faces on the app
Run Facer or WatchMaker. On Facer, you have to go to My Watchfaces and click on the top-right icon which shows a download. This will open a file tree on your phone with which you are going to navigate to the imported folder. After this, all you have to do is click on each .face or .zip file and, it will show the collection on the MyWatchefaces panel.
If you have WatchMaker then the process is easier. All you have to do is go to ‘Import watch’ unde r the Home tab and you are done.
If you are not able to find the watch files, reboot the watch. You can do this pressing the Force Stop button, or simply turn the device off and back on again.
Transferring the face from app to watch
This is the easiest part. Simply go to the settings menu on your smartwatch and choose wither WatchMaker or Facer as the app selecting the face and hit the icon of the app, go back to your mobile and select the watch face you like then Transfer it to Watch button. And now you have a new face for your watch.
